The product poses a risk of choking because, during normal handling, the plastic whistle contained in the toy may detach and its dimensions (diameter 1.3 cm, length 1.9 cm) are such that it can be easily swallowed.
The product does not comply with the Toys Safety Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
