The product poses a risk of:
- choking, because of small parts (wheels, the front holders of the rocket, rear part of the rockets) which can easily detach from the toy,
- injuries, because the toy can easily break, opening the metal axles of wheels. There is also a risk due to the thickness of the cord (0.9 ± 0.1 mm).
The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.
Action Taken:
Sales ban, withdrawal from the market and recall from consumers ordered by the authorities.
