Item Description:
Type/number of model: 17-61X
Description: A bedding set for babies packed in a black cardboard box with a transparent window. The set contains a beige duvet cover with brown giraffe figures (the other side is dark brown) and a beige pillowcase with giraffe figures. Several cords are attached to the bottom of the duvet cover. Size of duvet cover is 100 x 70 cm; pillowcase 43 x 40 cm. Material is 100 % cotton.

Danger:
Strangulation
The product poses a risk of strangulation due to the cords. The baby's head might get stuck inside the hole which is formed at the bottom of the duvet cover between the knotted cords.
Action Taken:
Import rejected by the customs authorities and corrective actions taken.
