The product poses a microbiological risk if the aqueous solution of which the toy is composed is ingested or if it comes into contact with damaged skin or mucose. The aqueous solution contains micro-organisms, in particular Pasteurella Multocida, at very high values.
The product does not comply with the Toys Directive.
Action Taken:
Import rejected by the customs authorities and destruction of the products.
