Danger:
Drowning
The product poses a risk of drowning because, in the event of accidental opening of the stopper of the inflation valve, the armband immediately deflates. It is not fitted with a non-return valves to ensure that the inflatable device retains at least 75 % of its original buoyancy after the stopper is open for a period of 2 minutes.
The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 13138.
Action Taken:
Withdrawal from the market ordered by the authorities.
