Danger:
Choking
The products pose a risk of choking because they contain small parts which fit in the small parts cylinder: 1) the eyes 2) the nose and an eye 3) the decorative pearl 4) the nose and the decorative pearl.
Furthermore, the plastic bags containing the rabbits (i.e. products 3 and 4) have an average sheet thickness of 0,010 mm ± 0,004 mm. Bags made of flexible plastics with an opening perimeter greater than 380 mm used for packaging, shall have an average sheet thickness of 0,038 mm or more.
The products do not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.
Action Taken:
Import rejected by the customs authorities.
