Damage to hearing and Burns
The product poses a risk of damage to hearing because the sound level is too high (measured level, 110.2 dB). In addition, it poses a risk of burns because, in the case of a short-circuit, the battery holder may become hot.
The product does not comply with the Toy Safety Directive and with the relevant European standards EN 71-1 and EN 62115.
Action Taken:
Withdrawal from the market and recall from consumers ordered by the authorities.
