Description: Dolls, some dressed for sport and others in party dresses. The dolls are individually packed, with a label containing the following information: the importer's details, CE mark, reference, barcode and "Made in China".

The dolls contain a concentration of DEHP of more than 0.2% by weight. The shoes of the "Sikaly" doll and the shoes of the "Pretty Barbie" doll were also found to contain a concentration of DINP of more than 0.2 % by weight.
According to the REACH Regulation, the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles while phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited in toys or childcare articles that can be placed in the mouth by children.
Action Taken:
Import rejected by the customs authorities.
