Description: Set of 24 thin, coloured markers in PVC packaging (approx. dimensions: marker: 0.8cm Ø x 14cm, packaging: 25.5cm x 17cm x 1.1cm). Each marker bears the picture of Spiderman. On the packaging there is also a picture of Spiderman, the CE mark, the age restriction pictogram (Not for children under 3 years), safety instructions and information about the importer in Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria.

The product poses a chemical risk because it is classified as Xn (harmful). According to Standard EN 71-9, "toys shall not contain accessible liquids (liquids in or on a toy or accompanying a toy to which the child is likely to become exposed during normal or foreseeable use of the toy e.g. ink in pens) classified in accordance with Directive 1999/45/EC as harmful".
The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.
Action Taken:
Withdrawal from the market ordered by the authorities.
