The product poses a risk of choking because it can be taken for a foodstuff (cake). One detachable part (a coffee bean) is liable to entail the risk of being swallowed/inhaled especially by children.
The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
