The product poses a risk of injuries because:
- there are circular holes (openings) with dimensions between 5 and 12 mm under the tray as well as in the mechanism for adjusting the seat which can cause finger entrapment,
- the design does not prevent falls down steps.
The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 1273.
Action Taken:
Withdrawal from the market ordered by the authorities.
