Electric shock
The product poses a risk of electric shock because it is possible to insert only one pin of a europlug and of SFS 5610/CEE 7 class 0 and I plugs into the socket-outlet part of the adaptor, making the other current carrying pin accessible.
The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the international standard IEC 60884.
Action Taken:
Withdrawal from the market ordered by the authorities.
