The product poses a risk of drowning because it has elements that give the impression that it is a toy and also a wind-catching structure. Children under 3 years old may capsize in this seat, with the risk that their head goes underwater and it may not be possible for them to return to the upright position on their own.
The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 13138.
