Description: The product is an inflatable swim ring. The underside of the swim ring is red; the top is transparent, decorated with dolphin, fish and octopus figures. On the top of the swim ring there is a stopper which is marked "Made In China" and "JL-1". On the other side there are foreign language signs.

Chemical / Choking
The product poses a chemical risk as it contains 23% by weight of bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) of choking.
According to the REACH Regulation the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles, while phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited in toys or childcare articles that can be placed in the mouth by children.
The product poses a risk of choking as the inflation nozzle may easily become detached and could be placed in the mouth by children.
The product does not comply with the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
Action Taken:
Withdrawal from the market and recall from consumers ordered by the authorities.
