Description: Rechargeable torch with 7 + 8 LEDs. The housing is made of yellow plastic, with a black operating button and a green charge indicator LED. The battery can be charged by means of the telescopic pins of the built-in plug. It can be connected to the Hungarian socket-outlet with a flat, bipolar adaptor which is attached to the product.

Electric shock and Fire
The product poses a risk of electric shock and fire because:
· the dimensions of the built-in plug and the adaptor are not correct;
· the pins of the adaptor are not supplied with insulating sleeves;
· the construction of the pins of the battery charger and the adaptor enables single-pole insertion of the plug, thus during normal use the live parts of the product are accessible;
· the cross-section area of the conductors in the cable is less then required and the internal wires may overheat.
The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
Action Taken:
Withdrawal from the market and recall from consumers ordered by the authorities.
