The product poses a risk of drowning because it has elements that give the impression that it is a toy. The seat does not have appropriate dimensions and volume in order to prevent the child from sinking and to provide stability. The handles /steering wheel should be positioned in a way that will not compromise the safety of the product.
The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 13138.

Sales ban and withdrawal from the market ordered by the authorities.
