Injuries
The product poses a risk of injuries as, on opening, the lid of the can may fly off, travelling for up to five metres in some cases. This is caused by a build up of hydrogen in the cans as a result of voids in the lacquer coating and compounded in some cases by a deformation in the cans.
Accident reported.

Voluntary withdrawal from the market and recall from consumers.
