Electric shock
The product poses a risk of electric shock because:
- the dimensions of the sockets do not meet the requirements, so it is possible to establish contact with a peg of a plug in live parts of the base while the other peg is accessible,
- the cross section of the measured cable is 1 mm², and the cable is marked with the indication that the cross section measures 1.5 mm².
The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) or the relevant national standard UNE 20315.
Action Taken:
Withdrawal from the market ordered by the authorities.
