The product poses a risk of: - choking because it can be confused with a foodstuff by children and swallowed; - chemical because the swallowing and touching of naphthalene by children can cause irritation, burning, poisoning and, in the case of a contact with eyes, redness and burns.
The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
Action Taken:
Withdrawal from the market ordered by the authorities.
