The product poses a risk of electric shock and fire because:
· Single-pole insertion of the plug is possible during normal use leaving the other live pin accessible.
· Live parts are accessible while the lamp is being charged.
· The cross-sectional area of the internal wiring is not sufficient.
The plastic part holding the integral plug in position is not sufficiently resistant to fire.
Action Taken:
Withdrawal from the market and recall from consumers ordered by the authorities.
