Description: The hat is lime green coloured with pink borders. The hat has two 35 cm cords.
Country of origin: Poland
Danger:
Suffocation and Strangulation
The product poses a risk of suffocation as the hat cords can be introduced into the child's mouth and partially swallowed. The product also poses a risk of strangulation because children can catch the long cords around their necks.
Action Taken:
Withdrawal from the market ordered by the authorities.
