Description: Three pairs of socks, each pair with a different pattern. Non-compliant socks: black; yellow sole with black grips in the shape of the letters NYC; grey heels and toe area. The letters NYC are sewn in yellow thread on both sides at the ankle area.

The product poses a chemical risk because it contains azo dyes releasing 123.7 mg/kg 4-aminoazobenzene (yellow NYC letters made out of polyester).
The product does not comply with the REACH Regulation.
Action Taken:
Voluntary withdrawal from the market and destruction of the products.
