Description: Rechargeable torch. The housing with 12 LEDs is made of plastic, with an on-off switch. The battery can be charged with the telescopic pins of the built-in plug without earth contact. A bipolar adaptor with plastic housing is attached to the product.

Electric shock and Fire
The product poses a risk of electric shock and fire because:
· The dimensions of the built-in plug and the adaptor are not as required;
· During normal use live parts are accessible, since single-pole insertion of the plug is possible.;
· The built-in plug fixing plastic is not sufficiently resistant to flames.
The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
Action Taken:
Withdrawal from the market and recall from consumers ordered by the authorities.
