The brake linings have Chrysotile asbestos filaments which can be extracted from the matrix mechanically. The product thus poses a risk to the health of consumer if they inhale the filaments.
The product does not comply with Regulation No 90 of the Economic Commission for Europe of the United Nations (UN/ECE).
Action Taken:
Withdrawal from the market and recall from consumers ordered by the authorities.
