Injuries
The bicycle poses a risk of injuries because it has sharp edges, the diameter of the grip of steering wheel is less than required, and there is no a protective shield fitted for the chain. In addition, due to the inadequate construction of the bicycle, when turning it is possible for the pedal in the lower position to get caught on the ground causing the rider to fall.
The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 14765.
Action Taken:
Withdrawal from the market and recall from consumers ordered by the authorities.
