Description:
1. 3-in-1 laser and LED black pen in the form of a key ring. The laser is operated by three 1.5V AG13 (LR41) button cells. Approximate dimensions: 12.3x7x1.6 cm (package), 12.7x1.9x1 cm (unpacked).
2. 2-in-1 green laser pointer and LED light in the form of a key ring. The laser is operated by three LR44 button cells. The product is sold unpacked. Approximate dimensions: 11.5x2.5x1.3 cm.

Damage to sight
The products pose a risk of damage to sight because they incorporate a class 3A laser which is dangerous if a direct beam, or even a beam reflected off a reflective surface, strikes the unprotected eye. The pointers bear the indication “Class IIIA Laser Product”. Class 3 laser pointers should not be placed on the market for use by consumers.
These products do not comply with the relevant European standard EN 60825.
Action Taken:
Withdrawal from the market and destruction of the product ordered by the authorities.
