About Recalled Products
Welcome to RecalledProducts.org. This website uses data pulled from the European Commission's RAPEX web pages to give details of product recalls issued by manufacturers across the EU.
RecalledProducts.org pulls these product recall notices into our database and publishes them via email and RSS. You can sign up for weekly or monthly email alerts, search the database of recalls for keywords (such as product or brand name), and subscribe to them through your RSS reader.
For webmasters we've also included a widget so you can show the latest recalls on your own website.
The RecalledProducts.org website launched in June 2009 and we now have over 3000 recalled items listed. If you want to know more about the recalls, take a look at our statistics page.

Reusing our Data
The product recall data used on this website is sourced from the European Commission Consumer Affairs (RAPEX) Website. Re-use of this information is subject to prior permission from RAPEX. To find out more about re-use of RAPEX data, please visit their website.
The product recall statistics data published on this site is available using the Open Government License for public sector information.
We aim to publish as much data as possible on this site in machine readable formats. Initially we are doing so using JSON and CSV formats. Links to the JSON & CSV formats of these are available underneath each graph in the statistics section of the site.
